What currency are your prices listed in?
Our prices are listed in Singapore Dollars($).
What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
If you are not fully satisfied with your products, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt.
I have received a faulty item. What should I do?
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at vibogospot@outlook.com immediately and provide the following information: Your order number, Details of the damaged item, Description of the issue, and Photographic evidence.
Do you offer size charts for your products?
Yes, we provide size charts for most of our products to help you choose the correct size. These charts can be found on the product page.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship in Singapore.
When will my order ship?
It will be shipped within 1-2 Business days.
How much does the shipping cost?
- Standard Delivery: Flat rate of $5 for orders below $200.
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping when you spend $200 or more
My tracking says "delivered," but I have yet to receive my order.
We kindly ask you to allow up to 3 business days from the stated delivery date for any potential delays or issues with the delivery. If you still haven't received your order after this period, please contact us for further assistance. Alternatively, you may also contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation regarding the delivery status.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. As a general guideline, we aim to deliver orders within 2-5 business days.
