If your shoes don’t fit right or you changed your mind, no worries — we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at vibogospot@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original condition.

Return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll get an email notification once your refund is processed.


Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchange Option

If you’d like to exchange for a different size, simply let us know when you contact us — we’ll guide you through the steps.
